For all of you expectant mothers out there who work mid-week, we have a new class just for you!

Beginning this Saturday we’ll have a Pregnancy Yoga class from 12-1.30pm. If Thursday mornings don’t fit into your schedule then hopefully this will!

Stretch those tight spots, strengthen your muscles and prepare your body for the amazing experience of birth. Learn techniques for calming the mind and relaxing the body.

Classes are open to all stages of pregnancy so come along and enjoy!
